Dr. Deepika Ponnappa is an MBBS physician turned corporate leader.

Deepika started her professional journey as a clinician at government hospitals, however moved to the management side after her MBA. She is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. She began her corporate journey as a strategy consultant with Deloitte working with various International healthcare organizations.

Her first stint with healthcare operations began as a part of the early management team of a chain of retail primary care clinics called Nationwide Primary Healthcare Services. Post which she has worked in the operations domain at various reputed Indian healthcare organisations like HCL Healthcare & IKS Health.

Deepika is a true Punjabi married to her classmate from ISB - which is truly a ‘2 states’ wedding. She loves to read non-fiction, cook fusion food and listen to traditional folk music.

She is always ready for an interesting conversation & masala chai.
